Students-only talks

With the Students-only talks, a new event format has been established, that has turned out successful.

Going back to the initiative of the student representatives, PhD students visit the respective partner university for a research stay of up to two days. Here, they present their research work in a talk to their student colleagues. The new "highlight": The talk is open to students only.

Complemented by visits of other research groups and laboratories, as well as discussions with other students, a relaxed atmosphere is created, providing the PhD students possibilities to become independant, self-reliant and self-motivated scientists.
